Oilexco Incorporated is an oil and gas exploration and production company headquartered in Calgary, Canada. The Corporation has one wholly-owned subsidiary: Oilexco North Sea Limited, which is based in Aberdeen, Scotland.

All of the Company’s exploration, development and production properties are located in the UK Central North Sea. Since entering the North Sea in 2002, we have made this region our principal focus.

Oilexco was founded in 1994, and trades on the Toronto Stock Exchange and the London Stock Exchange. The Company’s trading symbol for both exchanges is “OIL”.

On September 8, 2006, Oilexco was added to the TSX Composite Index. Our first day of trading as part of the index was September 18, 2006.  On June 29, 2007 our shares began trading on the main market of the LSE.
