Oilexco Incorporated is an oil and gas exploration and production company headquartered in Calgary, Canada. The Corporation has one wholly-owned subsidiaries: Oilexco North Sea Limited, which is based in Aberdeen, Scotland; and Oiltech Limited, which is based in Calgary, Canada

Oilexco was founded in 1994, and trades on the Toronto Stock Exchange and the London Stock Exchange under the symbol “OIL”.    In September 2006, Oilexco was added to the TSX Composite Index.  After the UK Listing Authority granted approval for our shares to begin trading on the main market of the LSE, Oilexco shares began their first day of trading on June 2007.  The prospectus submitted to the UK Listing Authority can be found at the link below.
