In May 2007, Oilexco discovered light oil in multiple zones in the Huntington Block.  The discovery well was drilled to a total depth of 13,325 feet.  Oil bearing reservoir sands were encountered in the Paleocene Forties at a depth of 8,960 feet and in the Upper Jurassic Fulmar at a depth of 12,750 feet.  Initial estimates suggest the Paleocene Forties sand structure is approximately 14 square kms, and the Upper Jurassic Fulmar sand structure is up to 23 square kms in approximate size.

The Huntington oil find (Block 22/14) is located approximately 60 kms south east of our Brenda Field and is the result of a farm-in agreement. Oilexco is the majority owner with a 40% equity stake, and is the operator.

The exploration well is located approximately 5 kilometres northwest of the 22/14-4 well which intersected a 390 foot oil column in the Triassic Skagerrak Formation.

Extensive appraisal drilling was conducted in Huntington in 2007 and will continue in 2008 also.
