Oilexco has a 100% interest in the Shelley Block (Blocks 22/2b and 22/3a).  The License is situated approximately 35 kms southeast of the Oilexco Brenda Field.

In 2007, we conducted extensive appraisal drilling in the Shelley Block.  Our current plans are to initially drill up to 3 horizontal production in 2008 that will tie into the Sevan Voyageur FPSO, and bring the field into production in the second half of 2008. 

The Blocks contain a second target we call "Shelley North", which is located several kilometers to the north of our Shelley development.  We plan to appraise Shelley North in the second half of 2008.
