In 2008 we purchased a 6.45% working interest in the Janice and James fields (Block 30/17) and the floating production vessel.  The purchase also gives Oilexco a 40% working interest in Block 30/23b, south east of Janice.

The fields produce light oil of 30 - 38° API from Late Jurassic Sandstone.  The previous owner of the 6.45% working interest in the fields realized production of approximately 350 bbs/d in 2007.
